Managing Director, Benefit Solutions
Matthew is the Managing Director of our Benefit Solutions division.
He has worked in the employee benefits sector, in insurance and broking, for over ten years, predominately in the UK. Matthew joined JLT as Head of Sales within our Benefit Solutions division, which provides consultancy and administration services across a wide range of company paid and voluntary employee benefits.
Prior to joining JLT, he was an account director at one of the largest employee benefits insurers in the UK and has particular experience in designing and building employee benefits packages for numerous national and multinational companies across a wide range of industry sectors.
Prior to working in insurance, Matthew ran a clinical physiotherapy practice and worked with many of the UK’s top sporting teams and athletes.

General Manager, Health
Carmine oversees the management of our Health team. As part of his role, he and his team work on ensuring that health insurance is an integral component of our clients’ employee benefits program and that it makes a positive reflection on their organisation’s culture.
He has worked within the corporate Health Insurance market for over 25 years. Prior to joining JLT, he held various account management, business development and management positions with major health funds including BUPA, nib and IAG. Carmine joined us six years ago in order to consolidate his extensive industry experience into a broking and servicing role for the benefit of our national and international clients.

National Manager, Workers Compensation
Georgie is our National Workers’ Compensation Manager, a strategic and technical specialist in all facets of workers' compensation – from technical claims and injury management to policy structure and design – both within the managed fund and underwritten (risk state) schemes. She works to identify and leverage financial opportunities associated with workers’ compensation whilst promoting and driving cultural change within organisations for sustainable program performance.
She brings nearly 15 years’ experience to our workers' compensation team.
Throughout her time in the industry, Georgie has worked in NSW, Victoria and South Australia, in a variety of roles within insurers, claims agents and consulting firms.
Prior to joining JLT, Georgie worked as a senior consultant at a prominent insurance firm. In this role, she worked closely with large multinational clients to identify strategies to minimise and control the costs associated with workplace risk and injury.

National Manager, Life
Neil leads our national life insurance practice. He provides consulting and administration services to corporate clients in the design, management and placement of group life, salary continuance and personal accident and sickness policies. In particular, he has been integral in driving new product offerings to meet the needs of our clients including our legal industry group salary continuance product and related services.
For over 16 years, Neil has worked in both life and general insurance across the UK and Australian markets. He has held various roles in this time with insurers and broking houses to deliver solutions to large domestic and multi-national organisations.

Belinda is responsible for the operational and technical delivery of JLT’s online employee benefits system, BenPal. In her role Belinda leads the implementation of BenPal, ensuring the successful launch of the system to employees and key stakeholders. Belinda also oversees the development of BenPal for the Australian business, working with clients, insurers and internal teams to deliver improvements to the system functionality.
Belinda has worked for JLT since 2008 in the UK and Australia. She has over 15 years’ experience in project management and systems implementation in the areas of employee benefits and superannuation.

National Manager, Retail
Mark is a qualified financial adviser and leads our national retail insurance division. For more than 11 years' he has been advising clients on their personal and business protection needs. Mark has previously held roles as a financial planner with experience both locally and abroad.
He is regularly invited to a number of major life insurance adviser board meetings, in recognition of his expertise and knowledge within the industry. Mark also has experience advising high profile individuals, senior executives and business professionals.
