Insurance

We have established relationships with several insurers to provide employees with special access to insurance products, benefits and pricing. Salary Continuance Insurance provides a benefit to assist employees who may be unable to work for an extended period of time due to injury or illness. This insurance is in addition to sick leave and workers compensation provisions.

Paid Parental Leave

We support new parents through the provision of paid maternity, paternity and adoption leave.

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

Our EAP provides confidential counselling support to help employees and their immediate families deal with life’s challenges, wherever they come from.

Give back to your community

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is integral to the collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit at the heart of our culture. JLT colleagues take real pride in exercising their personal responsibility to make a positive contribution to the environment and the communities in which we live and work. A global steering group coordinates our CSR activities, chaired by the Group Commercial Director, a board member of JLT Group plc.

A large number of staff also dedicate their own time to support various charitable organisations through events such as Jeans for Genes, Movember, Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea, The Infants’ Home and the Adelaide Christmas Party for Special Children. Various offices also dedicate a day a year to allow staff to take part in local volunteer projects, which are as rewarding to our staff as the community they assist.
