Complaints Procedure

What should you do if you have a complaint?

1. Contact us and tell us about your complaint. In the first instance you should address any concern or complaint to the JLT representative servicing your account. Alternatively, you may contact our Complaints Officer on +61 2 9290 8000.

2. If you are not satisfied with our final response you may lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority.

Time limits may apply to complain to AFCA and so you should act promptly or otherwise consult the AFCA website to find out if or when the time limit relevant to your circumstance expires.
